he acts goofy for himself he don't want people to know who he really is but when deidara die he decided to be a leader again and it not hard to believe that he is goofy too

he's a master at what he does. Only Itachi saw thourgh it

1. he got the whole village to think he was died
2.then went and became mizukage without anyone knowing who he was
3.controled the akatsuki without anyone knowing who he was {besides if he told them}
4.He played an idiot and pulled it of soooo well may i add
