The only problem with that is only the creator of the spot can change the アイコン または banner.. do あなた know who created the spot?

If the creator's not active anymore, あなた can get one of the ファンポップ 4 to change the banner/icon. If the creator comes back and starts complaining then that'd be one way to find out =P If not, we're 安全, 安全です :)
