What should I do?

I admitted to the girl I like my feelings, while we text every now and then, when ever I bring up the idea of meeting up and hanging out, even with other フレンズ something comes up that either leads to an immediate no または a last 分 no, and it's been like this for weeks.

Am I being crazy または is she trying to avoid meeting up?

She is possibly trying to avoid hanging around you. Instead of that, she might say no because she maybe.....

Well, あなた might need to be もっと見る patient to wait for her. If she keeps saying she's busy, that means something is really funny in a situation.
