Need some help and アドバイス PLEASE

So i started saying hi to this guy and he would start talking to me a bit and than like a 日 later my friend told me that he 発言しました he wants to go out with me but i wanted to get to know him first so i messaged him on フェイスブック and he responded with smiley faces and winky faces and stuff but they were just one word 回答 and i was doing the talking and sometimes when i text him on my phone (he asked for my number) he does the same thing but sometimes dosen't respond and its the same when we are face to face he barely comes over to talk to me and when he does he says 2 words and than leaves it is starting to piss me off cos i just want a real convo with the guy lol cos i think he is gud looking and would really like to get to know him but i dont get what his deal is...what should i do?
