(guy problems) PLZ HELP!!!

Ok so I have a bf but I mite possibly have feelings 4 my best friend and i have known him since i wuz 4 and he has this gf and she h8es me and she trying 2 make him h8 me 2 and hes letting her so wut shud i do? Also is it considered cheating if u have a bf but mite possibly have feelings 4 some1 else?
