I know it SOUNDS weird. I was skeptical too. But they actually have some really good songs, and the visuals are spectacular. (And I've only managed to see a few precious bits on YouTube.) XD I wish I could've seen the musical. The few bits I saw were really cool. :)

Yes I saw it twice a while ago, it isnt on any more. I liked the special effects, especially the Balrog and Shelob, although the storyline went down the drain along with a few main characters
