If I 登録する a community and plan to post アイコン on that community, do those count as userpics? if so does that mean, since I don't have a paid membership, that I have a limited amount that i can upload? Thank あなた for your input.

Usually, most people would post the アイコン on an image hosting site (like photobucket) beforehand. Then, link it into their post. They don't count as userpics.
