Lindsay needs to go to rehab but also talk to a therapist rather than go to jail I mean what is jail going to do but makes her worse than she already is. Jail makes people even crazy after being in there and she right she will end up getting hurt or even killed if she goes to jail. So, I hope and pray that she doesn't go jail but just go to a rehab center just like Paris and Brintany did.
