Even if あなた were an ad executive, あなた could focus on making advertisements that were friendly and inclusive (rather than offensive) to the LGBT community, and あなた could work as consultant to other large businesses to try and teach them to make their ads non-offensive to the LGBT community.
So, basically, it all depends on the work あなた want to do. あなた can turn basically any profession into an opportunity to assist the LGBT community in some way.
