And not to start a debate or anything, I just don't buy what Luke said. I don't get how ANYONE would want to keep a box full of stuff that "reminded them of how badly they screwed up with someone else". If it reminded him of how much pain it caused then why keep it? I honestly just thought that he said that has a "cover up". Maybe he forgot he had kept the box and had to come up with something to explain to Brooke that it's not what she thinks or whatever. Just sayin' it IMO.

lucas' reason for having peyton's stuff was probably one of the lamest things mark ever wrote. doesn't phase me at all. and I always thought the tattoos were just childish. AGAIN, it comes down to meaning vs... very little meaning, if any.

It's just... wouldn't it make more sense for him to keep BROOKE'S stuff, to remind him of how much he screwed up with her? Like if she found a box of let's say... the necklace that she gave him, old BL pictures, the poster that she made for him while he was in the hospital, etc... that would make WAY more sense than her finding old LP stuff. But keeping Peyton-related things to remind him that "if he had the chance, he'd never let Brooke go again" makes zero sense whatsoever lol. It's obvious that that was only written in for the element of surprise. But that doesn't make it any more believable. I just can't take that reasoning seriously at all.

Is it just me, or do LP'ers seem to be answering these picks much more unbiasedly than the BL'ers? I've probably only seen 2 BL'ers choose ANY LP options whatsoever. The rest seem to just be choosing the BL choices straight across the board...

Ohhhhh well. Just frustrating lol :P

Okay the tatoos were childish. But Brooke & Lucas were very young. Don't they have a right to be childish sometimes?? It's called spunk. Something LP never had.

And how are LP fans being any more unbiased than us? I just don't see that. Just because we don't pick an LP option once doesn't mean we're biased. Maybe we just prefer the BL option more. Besides sometimes you can't help to be biased.

^ Ofcourse. But even on the picks that (I feel) LP should be winning hands down, BL'ers still refuse to give it to them. Where as on the ones where BL should clearly be chosen hands down (destiny shot vs. rivercourt art for example), most LP'ers suck it up, and choose to side with BL. Sometimes it's just obvious when people are simply being biased, and refusing to admit when something from the opposing ship is better, or more meaningful. And I personally think that's the case for some BL'ers, on quite a few of these picks :/

But whatever. It's not a big deal, it happens, and probably always will. As I said before, it's just frustrating.

I think the matching tattoos are cute. They were silly and fun and playful...and permanent. I can't help but like all those things about it haha. And I just don't see the "memory boxes" as matching.

And in regard to "biased" BL fans' responses... I'm sure that's somewhat true, but 1- As Sam said- a lot of people don't comment, and 2- LP is winning every one of these battle picks. So that would mean that either most LP fans are always choosing LP and some BL fans are also choosing LP (which would not make BL fans biased), most LP fans are always choosing LP and BL fans are always choosing BL but there are more LP fans so LP wins most picks, or there are SO MANY more LP fans on this spot that there's enough votes for LP fans to vote for both LP AND BL and BL fans to only vote for BL and yet LP still wins (which I highly doubt is the case... there are more LP fans on this spot, but not double the amount). But then again the comments here about "biased BLers" were written months ago so maybe at that time BL was winning most of the picks.

I also think there are reasons why people love the couples they love- and those often include the small things in the relationship. So it's not being biased but simply saying which they prefer - and it makes sense they like the things about their couple better.
