I'd have to say the Overlord. When ニンジャゴー was created, he was also created from the shadows/darkness. He doesn't appear to have any reasons to be evil, he just is. He pretty much symbolizes the very first evil. He shows no signs of innocence. When he is defeated, he always returns to wreak havoc.(Though he hasn't returned in the newest season, at least yet.)
