So, we know, Senketsu is a kamui. He is powerful, He likes the taste of blood yet has a strong will power...etc. But there are some odd things about him. First of all, he is sentient. Unlike other outfits which do not seem to be alive in the first place and junketsu which behaves like a wild animal. He is kind towards Ryuku, very very kind and he cares about her well being. He also doesn't have a right eye. who else does not have a right eye. Oddly enough, it is his creater, Ryuku's father.
My theory about Senketsu's odd characteristics is that he could be Ryuku's father!! Firstly, we didn't see his death on screen afterall and this leaves room for plot twists. Not to mention that they look very similar. What I speculate is that Isshin Matoi saw that his doughter left the house. Took the chance and went to the basement with the aid of his enhanced lab coat. He allowed himself to be consumed によって the kamui (this is possible considering it is made of pure life fibers) which erased his memories (either this または he is a talented actor) but his consiousness took over the uniform and this is why the kamui cares about Ryuku.
