The best way to meet Keith I know of is to buy コンサート tickets through PBS so あなた get to go to the meet and greet. I would guess that Keith would be a good friend but as I myself have not meet him I can't say

I met him briefly after one of his solo concerts and he is as sweet as anyone could imagine. Very ファン oriented. I can only imagine what he would be like as a friend. :)
