Has Katniss changed her mind about the Captiol? (see backround information)

At first, in the beginning of the Hunger Games, book 1, It is clear that Katniss dislikes, possibly hates, the people of the Capitol. But, after meeting her prep team for the Games-especially Cinna- do あなた think that she had changed her mind about the Capitol people? または is she just hiding her feelings?

I think when she meets her prep team, and gets to know them, she realizes that it's not the PEOPLE in the Capitol she hates. It's the one person orcustrating the whole Hunger Games. President Snow.

no not really, the only thing that has changed in her mind is that not everyone in the capitol is evil, it was Cinna that changed that point in view!
