You've got the best of both worlds You're the kind of girl who can take down a man, And lift him back up again You are strong but you're needy, Humble but you're greedy And based on your body language, And shoddy cursive I've been reading Your style is quite selective, though your mind is rather reckless Well I guess it just suggests that this is just what happiness is
Hey, what a beautiful mess this is It's like picking up trash in dresses
Well it kind of hurts when the kind of words あなた write Kind of turn themselves into knives And don't mind my nerve あなた could call it fiction But I like...
Well you're magic he said But don't let it all go to your head Well I bet if あなた all had it all figured out Then you'd never get out of bed No doubt All the thing's that I've read what he wrote me Is now sounding like the man I was hoping To be Keep on keeping it real Cause it keeps getting easier indeed He's the reason that I'm laughing Even if there's no one else He said, you've got to 愛 yourself
You say, あなた shouldn't mumble when あなた speak But keep your tongue up in your cheek And if あなた stumble on to You better remember that it's humble that あなた seek You got all the skill あなた need,...

I received this little story in my Eメール 受信箱 recently, and upon 読書 it, I immediately thought of SuperForest. We have talked about redefining wealth and success before, but this is a simple story that illustrates the common thread of abundance and gratitude that often shows up in our SuperForest universe.
Let’s share this story with our loved ones, especially during this holiday season, as it is important to remind ourselves to be grateful for what we have, and...

6 hours from Nashville, 33 ½ years since birth. Final destination: California, 年 2977. I’m not attached to being a thousand years old but if I get anywhere close, I’ll buy every reader of this blog a chai latte with steamed eggnog. In barista jargon that’s known as a “Cheg” and it only comes out on special occasions.
The weeks spanning from Thanksgiving to New Year’s are typically my most gluttonous. Maybe this is why ジーザス gets so 人気 around this time of 年 – what with all the people blessing their piles of food,...

A sign 投稿されました on a door for hotel staff had been defaced and now read, "Hot__ Associates Only." This kind of human behavior and fondling of letters inspires me. Upon seeing it, I am moved to fetch me lady and me camera and have her pose as if she's entering the special room. Whatever might go on in a room reserved for hot associates only, I hope there's lots of oil and a communal lathering.
By the time I get to my room to get the camera I've completely forgotten about the task. I could blame it on where my mind had wandered...

Lizards. The お気に入り snack of my cat. I’m tempted to アップロード a video of him eating all but the tiny toxic bit, what I make up must be a トカゲ large intestine. It’s anything but large – these lizards aren’t dinosaurs, they’re the garden variety. 6, 8 inches max.
The January weather has come back around to the way I 愛 it so in San Diego. Our equivalent to winter is wetness and that seems to have all dried up. Warmth becomes us and the lizards emerge to the concrete surfaces, lifting their heads high, gazing directly...

Things I DON'T want for Christmas:
- Pants that are too small
- Clock Radio
- Giant Earthworm
- Portable Sauna, even though it looks really clever.
Whenever I'm in a Sauna, I like to say, "It's like a sauna in here." even when I'm によって myself.
I once shared a Sauna with Ingrid Michaelson when we were on tour together in Sweden. The Swedish 愛 Saunas. I don’t recall the Sauna ever getting hot and we ended up just sitting there in the wooden box talking about how boring it was.
Tonight I had a Sauna all to myself during a spontaneous...

3542 miles so far and not once have I had to buy water. I know everyone who reads this blog uses a reusable water bottle – and I thank あなた for hooking up your フレンズ and family this holiday season.
Every time I refueled I would carry my water bottle and hot mug into the gas station and get clean cold water from the soda 噴水 (usually a little button under the lemonade) and hot water from the coffee machine. (Starbucks also gives free hot and cold filtered water.) Carrying my own お茶, 紅茶 also made my travels super enjoyable,...

Second to words, I’m a numbers guy. I like significant dates, digits, and planetary transits. I’ve been drawn to the number 1134 since I discovered while dangling upside-down with a calculator that it read, HELL. Seeing 1134 on the clock, odometer, または as the total on a receipt always makes me feel, if sadistically, like I’m in the right place at the right time. The same with 11:11. I always make a wish. Of course, whether または not it works is all just a story I made up, but it shifts my attention back...

Your expression number - the 4 - summarizes your first and your last name and accounts for your even-tempered and sober appearance as well as for your profound wish to realize and build things securely. あなた seek security and あなた have this undeniable sense of exertion and perseverance. Your number is best symbolized によって Saturn and the earth element (this is not the only paradox in your personality!) あなた are resistant, both physically and mentally. I’m a ファン of positive articulation. To me, this is a step beyond positive thinking. It’s putting your positive thoughts into action – into doing – into words.
Every New Year’s I resolve to do something new/different with my life. Something grand. Something transformative. Sometimes it’s to continue doing something I love, but often it’s a new invention of some kind. Last year, the main theme was activism and in 2010 I certainly got my feet wet, literally によって tromping thru the Lake Volta Region in Ghana, learning...

This is the most extraordinary recording I own. Whenever I play just the audio for people, the common reaction to the round of applause at the end is one that accompanies awe. “THAT was LIVE?!”
Check This Out. It's 13 分 short and あなた may not understand a word... Offer yourself the time. Give yourself permission to be moved によって something new. This is your journey after all, and it was あなた who stumbled upon this music. The universe obviously wants あなた to hear this.

Traffic came to a turtle’s pace when I entered into St Louis. I wondered if me adding one もっと見る car to the rush 時 mix was throwing the city off a little. Why is it called rush 時 when it’s generally slow?
I’m also curious as to how much a population varies from 日 to 日 – what with people coming and going, driving and flying, birthing and dying, etc. Regardless, if the hospitable citizens of St Louis are hoping to count my head tomorrow, I’ll be gone.

Doing inversions in yoga, namely down-dog, the charm on my ネックレス dances with gravity, falling to rest perfectly over my lips. I started wearing the Protection Amulet によって Leah In Leaucadia just before my girlfriend went in for surgery on her vocal chords, prompting a week of silence for her, as well as months of therapy...

One time I threw-up Honey-Nut Cheerios while reclined in the dentist’s chair. I assume I was 与えられた too much Nitrous oxide after eating apparently too many “parts of a balanced breakfast.” Surprisingly, the cheery Oh’s regurgitated as if I hadn’t ever chewed them up. They came forth from my dizzy carcass onto my t-shirt spelling out “Ooooh” like alphabet soup. Without missing a beat, the hygienist came in and said, “Mmm, Smells like Honey & Nuts.” True story. I bet they saved the footage on the surveillance camera....
