My Itunes doesn't work, can someone help me ?

So a while 前 like 2-3 years i got my first ipod.It is if あなた remember those nano ipods , but long not square ,and i installed quick time , itunes got at that time like 90 songs または so added then some others .At some point can't actually remember , I think when i reinstalled my windows ,Itunes didn't work.Now if i try to uninstall and install when i uninstall it says me to type the path where i can find QuickTime.msi so i can install it because Itunes couldn't get installed because the older version of QuickTime couldn't be removed.So i type where QuickTime.msi is(you know like C:/Program Files/..)but still it 発言しました me it can't be found i go there but it exists on the certain path , then i 削除 it but useless so i don't know how can i make it to install it again because soon , for Easter または something i wanna buy the new ipodの, ipod and if itunes doesn't work is useless.Please help
