Sure, really healthy! Ice cream is made from ミルク and has protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. It gives あなた an energy boost. It is the perfect pick-me-up when あなた are studying and cools あなた off in the summer heat.
Ice cream is our お気に入り summer food. And while it is healthy, it should be eaten in moderation. If not, like anything, it can go from being healthy to being unhealthy.
And don't worry if あなた can't eat dairy または sugar. There are ice creams for everyone. Sorbet does not have ミルク または dairy in it, and there are special ice creams at the ice cream ショップ that come without sugar. So there is no reason not to eat ice cream!

A really minty refreshing treat my niece and nefew and I discovered last Summer when we were playing with my sister's blender at her house!

.Peppermints または candycanes(Broken)
Grind the ice in the blender. Don't grind it really fine just yet. Add in the Pina Colada ジュース and peppermints and grind again. When done, the ice should be really fine and tiny, like an actual slushie. Small enough to drink through a straw, but big enough to eat with a spoon.
