Okay, how I imagine them:
Skipper: The most like his penguin self, with black hair and bright blue eyes. I also imagine him being sort of short and having a widow's peak.
Kowalski: Brown hair and brown eyes. He's tall and has fair skin.
Rico: bright red dreadlocks and stormy gray eyes. He has a thin face and long fingers.
Private: Blond hair and blue eyes. I also imagine him having freckles and a slightly roundish face.

I never really thought about Kowalski having brown hair. I've always thought of him as a blonde or a black hair person. Also, what do you mean by fair skin?
