Now the disease itself is not a human rights concern. True, the HIV epidemic is devastating, but we can't charge the virus with human rights violations. Following the format of the link in January of this year, the Human Rights Spot is sponsoring the ファンポップ Human Rights 詩 contest for Human Rights Awareness 月 in December.
