Is "Kill the Gays" really the name of the bill, または is it meant to be misleading? I'm just curious. Any bill that is titled, "Kill the ..." should ALWAYS be struck down. Killing usually means that someone is encroaching upon another's life, liberty, and the pursuit of property (as John Locke put it).
