Ok, do あなた have ANY idea how many times I had to watch the キス scene to get this chapter right? Honestly, the things I do for あなた guys... ;)

    Someone handed Cuddy’s ジャケット to Lisa for her to put on as they started the scene, and the two actors glanced at each other once more, unconsciously seeking reassurance before they started.
    “Action!”
    Lisa started to struggle into her suit jacket, frowning slightly. Had it always been that tight around her shoulders? Pulling it on, she looked up at Hugh.
    “So I’ll see あなた in later? I have some papers to push for you.”
    Hugh nodded slightly, staring at her. “Thank you.”
    Reaching for the door handle, Lisa pulled it open a ways before realizing that Hugh wasn’t moving aside. Regarding him for a second, she spoke softly. “You want to キッス me, don’t you?”
    Hugh’s eyes never wavered, never for a moment left her face as he tried to catch his breath. “I always want to キッス you.”
    Lisa blinked slowly, considering how to go about this. Unlike the last time, they hadn’t discussed, hadn’t examined the scene—had, in fact, rather pointedly skirted around this scene. Then slowly she leaned in and brushed her lips softly against his, pulling back immediately to gauge his reaction—and there was Hugh, already leaning back in, guiding her back to the ウォール as it was written in the script. Lisa gasped softly into his mouth, nearly fainting into the feeling of Hugh’s lips against hers after so long.
    “Lisa, a little to the right,” David called from behind the monitors. “Hugh’s face is in the shadows.”
    “Yeah, Lisa, quit hogging the screen time,” Hugh whispered against her lips, and that was the end of that take. “Dave, we gotta stop,” Hugh said, pulling away and grinning at her. “Lisa’s got the giggles again.”
    “Whose fault is that,” she cracked between laughs. “I’m sorry, just—ok, I’m ready, let’s try again.”
    “From the wall,” David said, shaking his head. “Actors.”
    “Ok.” Lisa took a step フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして and looked up at Hugh, who was looking down at her in bemusement. “Sorry.”
    “Action!”
    Suddenly Hugh’s eyes went dark and he gripped her arms and took two decisive steps forward, slamming her against the ウォール and lowering his mouth onto hers before Lisa could even comprehend what was happening.
    Now this feels familiar… she thought suddenly, and not to be outdone, reached up with her left hand, to grip the back of his neck and bring him closer, grasping with her right hand until she landed on the lapel of his ジャケット and held on for dear life. Even with her eyes closed she knew his right eyebrow was flying toward his hairline, and then he upped the ante.
    It is just not fair that he is this talented, she thought, her entire body freezing as Hugh stealthily tilted his head away from the camera just a little, sliding his tongue into her mouth even as his lips curled upward ever so slightly. Regaining her bearings, she quickly leaned forward, sealing their connection even further against the eventuality of the camera catching this lapse in protocol, relishing the feeling of Hugh’s tongue playfully stroking at her own, coaxing it out of hiding. Hugh leaned in—
    “Um, guys?”
    Hugh froze for a second, then pulled gently away from her, his eyebrow still raised; this time at the director. “Yes?”
    “Sorry, just—were あなた planning on ジャケット removal anytime today, or…?”
    The crew snickered as Hugh looked back at Lisa, momentarily at a loss for words.
    “Um. Oops?” Lisa offered sheepishly. Hugh shook his head and took a few steps back, shaking his head and giving her a look.
    You are a dangerous, dangerous lady…
    “Maybe we should start over,” he said, and David nodded sarcastically, giving them both a big thumbs up.
    “Good plan, man!”
    Lisa took a few steps closer to Hugh, stretching her arms behind her back to remove her ジャケット so she could put it back on again. Hugh had his hand on the doorknob and was leaning against it, watching and waiting for her to be ready.
    “What?” She asked, freezing with her arms behind her.
    “What what?”
    “You’re staring at me. What’s wrong?”
    “Was I staring? I didn’t think I was staring.”
    “Could we check the tape?” Lisa joked, turning toward the cameras. David and Katie exchanged glances.    
    “Lisa… any particular reason you’re stalling?”
    Hugh’s eyes were surprised when he looked at her, his brow furrowing slightly.
    “Hey, come on,” he said, half-joking. “I’m not that bad, am I?”
    “Ohhhhhhh…” she snickered, her eyes meeting his straight on as she finished fiddling with her clothes. Once she had gotten herself settled and reassembled, she gave him a tiny nod and they turned the cameras back on.
    “I’ll see あなた in later?” She asked, shrugging back into her ジャケット and reaching to flip her hair out from under the collar. “I have some papers to push for you.”
    “Thank you,” 発言しました Hugh, watching her.
    Lisa’s breathing sucked in a breath before her 次 line… “You want to キッス me, don’t you?”
    “I always want to キッス you,” Hugh said, his voice nearly breaking on the fifth word. Lisa closed her mouth, looking up through her eyelashes at Hugh and inwardly starting to hyperventilate. She was going to キッス him again, and God help her, she was going to enjoy it…
    She leaned forward, and nearly ran into Hugh’s face before she realized that he was meeting her halfway this time, gently caressing her lips with his own. Forcing herself to back away, she started to open her eyes to look at him again, but only got them half a centimeter up before Hugh was on 上, ページのトップへ of her again, walking her backward, leaning her back into the wall—if a little less violently this time. Lisa very pointedly angled her head the opposite direction of the last time and heard Hugh’s nearly inaudible breathless laugh as he realized what she was doing. Tilting her head towards him to キッス him harder, Lisa started to reach for her own jacket, started to take hold of the edges that were hanging open, and bumped into Hugh’s own hands, which were assiduously attempting the same removal at the same time she was. Suddenly—
    Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip
    “Oh, come on, guys…” Hugh said, leaning his forehead into Lisa’s shoulder as she cracked up, hiding her face in his jacket. “I’m all for these shapely outfits you’ve got her in, but I can’t—get—this jacket—off!”
    Rip
    Rip rip rip
    By now Lisa’s giggles were turning into hysterics, and Hugh couldn’t help but laugh with her as they tried to wrestle the fabric away from her arms. Wardrobe came rushing on with an alternate jacket, offering it to replace the one that Hugh had torn.
    “Ooooooh leopard print,” Lisa said, holding it up for Hugh to see. “Sexy.”
    “Because that’s what this scene was missing,” he cracked sarcastically, taking the ジャケット from her and gesturing for her to spin around so he could help her get it on. Lisa looked over her shoulder at him, concerned.
    “You think something’s missing?” she asked softly. Hugh leaned back against the wall, steadfastly ignoring the fact that it smelled like her shampoo from all the thrashing about they’d been doing…
    Whoa. Hugh blinked quickly, trying to block out the sudden image of Lisa, lying down, her hair strewn about around her head, looking wantonly up at him—
    “Um—maybe—missing?” He rolled his eyes at himself, pushing himself off the ウォール and putting a hand on Lisa’s shoulder, drawing her towards him, ducking his head toward hers to speak with her privately. “Do あなた want to try something a little different? Just for a—”
    “I am not doing a Valley Girl makeout scene.”
    “No, not—” Hugh laughed, taking hold of her shoulders and planting her in the spot to start the scene. “I just want to see what happens if we go about it a little differently, maybe try an opposite take just to see…”
    Lisa smiled very, very slowly. “Ok.”
    “We’re going to try something a little different, if that’s ok,” Hugh called to the director, his eyes not leaving Lisa’s.
    “Just to see?” David asked very dryly, and Hugh’s head suddenly snapped around to eye his boss.
    “That a problem?”
    “Oh no, not at all,” he answered airily. “By all means. Carry on.”
    Lisa shifted her weight from side to side as Hugh walked around her, going to his mark, looking at her and waiting for her line.
    “You’re coming in later?” She asked, pulling the ジャケット on once again and straightening it. “I have some papers to push for you.”
    Hugh nodded. “Thank you.”
    Lisa hesitated, wondering what exactly Hugh was planning… “You want to キッス me, don’t you?”
    Eyes met and locked. “I always want to キッス you.”
    She didn’t move, waiting for Hugh to take the lead, in whatever direction he was thinking. Slowly she blinked up at him, giving him tacit permission; you always want to キッス me? Go ahead then, see what happens…
    Slowly—excruciatingly—Hugh reached out with his right hand, lacing his fingers into the hair behind her ear, his thumb stroking her cheek and tilting her head upwards, and lowered his mouth toward hers, barely making contact, just whispering contact against her lips, until—
    Lisa whimpered, unable to help herself, and Hugh took the offensive; his lips probed a little further, his other hand reached for her waist and pulled her into him, and he began to slowly walk her backwards, reaching the ウォール just as Lisa finally reached up with her left hand to クレードル, 受け台 the back of his head, bracing herself with her other hand on his shoulder, and just allowing him to continue, following his every lead. Gently, slowly, Hugh ran his hands up her sides, stroking her back underneath her ジャケット before reaching one hand up under her 襟, 首輪 to her neck to draw her head closer. Lisa drew her lips away from his for just a second, breathing shortly against his cheek, taking a rest… then Hugh kissed her neck gently, beginning to work his way down as he reached for her jacket.
    “Mmmmmm… guys, I don’t know,” David 発言しました after a moment. “It’s not—hold on.”
    The cameras were turned off, and David made his way on set to talk with the actors.
    “Not quite right, was it?” Lisa asked, shooting Hugh an apologetic glance.
    “Not quite—” David looked from one to the other in shock. “Ok. Here’s the problem. It looked too good.”
    Lisa and Hugh looked at each other. “Oh, well, によって all means. We do apologize,” Hugh 発言しました sarcastically, and Lisa began to snicker. “We’ll try to suck a little もっと見る 次 time.” Hearing his choice of words, Lisa nearly choked on her own spit trying not to laugh.

But in House’s head, this is born of desperation, of gratitude, and he probably thinks that—”
    “Thinks that if he doesn’t get moving, she’ll stop him.” Hugh 発言しました to Lisa. “He’s in a hurry.”
    “So House’s version of Cuddy,” she answered thoughtfully. “She’s in a hurry too?”
    “She’s been exactly what he needs this entire time. So yeah, she’s basically bouncing everything back at him.”
    “Sounds good,” David 発言しました after a minute. “Let’s go with that.”
    “You want to キッス me, don’t you?” Lisa 発言しました a while later, after having taken a quick break for water and Chapstick and a camera reset.
    “I always want to キッス you.”
    Lisa gazed into Hugh’s eyes.
    God, whatever I did in my past lives to bring me to this… I’m so glad I did it…
    Hugh unconsciously licked his lips and leaned forward, his eyes intense, his manner serious. Roughly taking her into his arms, he took two long strides toward the wall, pushing her along, not allowing her to get もっと見る than an inch of 宇宙 between their bodies. Lisa could barely keep up with the bruising he was putting on her lips, the frantic, constant movement as he nipped at her, then suddenly turned his head to her left. Her ジャケット was discarded. His arms were surrounding her, squeezing her into his chest. Her muscles screamed at her to ease up a little; her grip on his neck was making her biceps quiver, but she was not letting go. The fabric of his ジャケット shifted under the pads of her right fingers as her left hand gripped the short hairs at the 上, ページのトップへ of his neck, resting the side of her face against his as his lips blazed a trail down to her neck, his teeth gently biting the sensitive skin under her ear.
    Lisa gasped audibly at the sudden warmth that shifted its way down her body, from her stomach, to—lower…
    “God…” Hugh whispered in her ear, lifting her away from the ウォール and starting to 移動する out of the shot. Lisa tried to ignore the feeling of his body against hers, to ignore her growing awareness of their proximity… Hugh moved past the mark out of the shot and set her down gently, moving away, breathing shortly. Lisa swallowed hard.
    “That was great, guys,” David called. “Listen, let’s try it one もっと見る time, and I think we’ll have it!”
    “Think あなた can suffer through one more?” Hugh joked, looking at her. Lisa’s eyes were completely wet for some reason, and he sucked in a breath, surprised.
    “Yeah,” she said, and one look was enough for them to realize that each was feeling the same thing—what they shouldn’t—what they couldn’t be feeling… not now.
    Hugh handed Lisa her jacket, and she took it silently.
    They went to their marks.
    “You want to キッス me, don’t you?”
    Please don’t hate me…
    “I always want to キッス you.”
    Lisa blinked slowly, and then took a step forward, close enough that all Hugh had to do was lean フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして slightly for their lips to meet gently, cautiously. Half a second, and she pulled away and their eyes searched, looking for—what? A few 秒 passed, and Lisa’s gaze reverted downward to Hugh’s lips, noting absently that they were starting to look swollen. Then he was moving forward, and she took a surprised, automatic step back away from him—but he was chasing her, and she wasn’t going to get away this time. The 秒 their lips collided again, Lisa’s left arm rose to サークル, 円 his neck as Hugh’s left arm reached easily around her waist, drawing her to him. Sliding her fingers into his hair, Lisa whimpered slightly into his mouth and grabbed at his shoulder with her other hand, trying to steady herself—then changed her mind abruptly and reached instead for her own jacket, just barely avoiding Hugh’s hand as he went in the same direction. Lisa tilted her head forward, already familiar with Hugh’s “moves,” and couldn’t help but gasp shortly into his mouth as his tongue slipped past her teeth, just as she had known it would. Her brain couldn’t comprehend all the different sensations she was feeling all at once—whether his hand brushing past her breast as she struggled to remove her ジャケット または the feeling of his stubble scraping gently against her skin as they switched sides, alleviating the pressure on their necks. Finally the ジャケット was off her shoulders, and as she tried to clear her head enough to figure out what to do with it, Hugh removed his hand from her back and grabbed the コート out of her hands, flinging it behind him and rendering the point moot. Taking advantage of his momentary distance as he tossed her suit piece away, Lisa pushed herself off the wall, wrapping her arms around his neck and moaning lightly at the feeling of his body lining her own. Hugh squeezed his eyes shut even harder, lowering his arms to her waist and grabbing her up off the ground enough to turn her around, spinning her away from the wall, lifting her into his arms and half-carrying, half-dancing her away out of the screen, past the cameras, out of House’s living room, not stopping until they hit the hallway.
    “Hugh…” Lisa breathed as they pulled apart. His eyes were dark as he shook his head slightly at her. Whatever she was about to say… it was a discussion for another time.
