^^ Cuddles don't worry, I got the very strong impression that though Huddy won't be together it doesn't seem like they have anyone else in mind for the characters so I guess that's a plus.

I also have a feeling they're talking about this season, and not neccesarily the end of the series. Of course House and Cuddy aren't going to end happily here at the end of season 5, but I still have hope, as delusional as it is, that they will end up together in the end.

If HL wants it then I'm jumping on his boat!

I guess we all know deep deep down that Huddy won't end happy after every twist and turn, so we shouldn't panic like Huddy is over.

Kristin isn't reliable because that segment about Huddy, we read that same interview I think a couple of days ago maybe a week back. I cannot wait for the season finale though.

Huddy will always be there because they will always be drawn to each other. They may not live in a big white house, with blue shutters and have lots of mini-House's and Cuddy's running around, but I still think that the show will make it clear, and does make it clear, that these two characters are meant for each other. Even if they don't end up together.

But I will stick with HL, he seems to have quite a bit of influence over the procedings of the show, FIGHT FOR YOUR SHIP HUGH!

- it was made clear to my eyes that DS had no plan on putting them with anyone else
-just because he can't see them being happy together odesn;t mean they won't take several shots at it
- he may only be referring to season 5

Lol BB, and I agree with everyone who isn't worried about this. I have always known their relationship wouldn't end with a white picket fence, 2.5 kids and a puppy, it's just not them. I agree with OM, they are clearly meant for eachother, although they may not actually end up together. I have a feeling that the end of the series will have them alone together (Don't know if that makes sense, but it does to me lol)

When asked about wether house and cuddy would get a happy ending he said no. we of course know that since this is david shore were talking about but he never said that they could not be in a relationship. when asked about that he says maybe not no not yes but maybe. on the other hand he says that he does not think they could be happy together because of their own issue which means that they could still be in a relationship with one another but it not going to be all happy and stuff. if you love someone you don't always have to be happy most of the time people are unhappy in relationships but they take the good with the bad and they work through their Issues. now I'm not saying they are going to workout their issues but what I am trying to say is that they could still be in a relationship so huddy is not ofically dead at least i don't think... I have decided after they have had sex I'm not going to stay around for the blow up that way i get my happy ending.

i actually still feel i can trust the writers in this and i do belive that house and cuddy need to get though some things first before anything
i think DS just doesn't feel like he need to jump the gun or to have this turn non-realistic relationship

I think that at the end of the series they should be together but until then i can understand the writers creating obstacles in their relationship. I agree with Hugh about them both finding some peace. I would love them to feel a little happier by series end. I just hope the end is satisfying in terms of their relationship. I don't want another lackluster final season similar to Gilmore Girls. That final epsiode was a complete let down in terms of the two major love interests.

I'm hoping HL can persuade Shore to not be an asshole haha.

Nothing is set in stone for the end, and TPTB know H&Cu are perfect for each other - despite how often they manage to rub one another up the wrong way.
Who knows what will happen.... but I do know for certain that in the end they may not be together in the normal sense, but they will always have a special connection. There will always be a relationship and dynamic between them which no other person can touch. It's unique to them.

Be happy for any shippyness we get, not all ships become canon afterall, so in a sense we are lucky! Bask in the glory of Huddy now it's amazing they're going to sleep together we know there's love between them we should be happy.
