^^That's exactly my thoughts. The writers are so going to have the baby taken away from Cuddy at some point in the future, after they've bonded and all that jazz. :( When that happens Cuddy is probably going to be the most broken hearted we've ever seen her.

Maybe House will be there to pick up the pieces......though that's a little too familiar to Joy. Which actually.... oh, my will Cuddy actually foster Joy? Hence title? We know Becca was a meth user and such, what if Joy gets temporarily taken from her, while she cleans herself up and put into Cuddy's care?

I don't want to see Cuddy get hurt again. :-[ But I'm OK with it if House is there for her if (probably "when") the baby is taken back.

Part of me is kind of happy that fostering not being a permanant fixture means that the chance of a future Huddy baby is still very much a possibility. Especially if House bonds a litte with the foster kid. Which would be so many kinds of adorable to see.

Listen, if it's a foster baby that Cuddy is going to take care, then she's pretty aware that she'll eventually have to let go of the child.
She wouldn't take a foster baby and think she'll keep it forever, so at least, this time she'll be prepared to lose the baby, it's completely different like in JOY. In JOY she was INDEED getting the baby. BUt the mother changed ideas.
Now it's a foster baby. She knows she won't keep it from the beggining.

I agree with spinelli, Cuddy's FOSTERING the baby therefore she knows that it will eventually be taken away from her so there's no reason for her to be all hurt again like she was in "Joy", when the baby was just snatched so cruelly from her like that.

Hmm yes that's a good point spinelli. It will still be difficult for Cuddy to say goodbye though I'm sure, but your right it won't be the same sort of loss as that in Joy.

Okays so like 2 days ago I hated the thought of a baby arriving in JJTTW and yesterday I felt ok about it and now I'm stupidly giddy about it all!! It's like completely ridiculous but I can't wait to see mother!Cuddy and there has to be some quirky House/baby interaction at least. :D

I think it won't be the end of Huddy, in fact, it might bring awsome/hillarious situations out of it, like Cuddy having to be away from the administration for a while (I mean, how can she take care of a foster baby and work at the same time?) - so this means lonely House at the hospital, so he'll probably go and visit her and get a look at the "small human being who's taking her from him" and give some snarky or maybe some cute/sweet comments about the whole situation and BANG! Huddy fluff =)

Who knows, right? A girl can dream :P

I agree spinelli, more "House" calls! I am actually really happy about this, and it fits with what LE said about Cuddy learning more about herself. I bet House will bond with the kid, making for Huddy awesomeness.

ohh Spinelli you know it! XD I couldn't agree more =) and we saw House with kids before he actually is good with them. I could totally see him at her place and when she was not looking, he plays/talks with the kid in that particular way of House XD

OMG!! I am so HAPPY right now!! A foster baby is not permanent. I think this is GREAT! We would get to see Cuddy interact with a child but the baby would eventually go away ( of course I would be sad for Cuddy but House would be there to make her feel better..and probably we would get another kiss or more...) and House would be involved with the baby too (in his Houseian way) and we would get a lot of cute scenes from it. OMG!! This are the best news ever!

Awww ^^ you're not alone spinelli I'm British so I stay up and wait for the rapidshare links to appear. Which is usually very, very early on Wednesday morning. Makes me a Zombie for the rest of the day, but House is worth it!

Well up until now we were up to date with your epsiodes we only got them a couple of hours later but now, theyve decied to have aong break BEFORE let them eat cake

I dunno the baby thing still worries me but i guss its ok since it is fostered.
