Chapter 1: Population- Two: Oncologist and Patient!
(Alexis Harrison’s POV)
“Dr. Wilson, I have a question.” I asked as Dr. James Wilson inspected the IV Fluids that were keeping me stable.
“Yes?” He asked. I must to admit, I was a tad afraid of asking this 質問 but curiosity was eating me alive and I couldn’t take it anymore.
“Do you- Are you- You’re good フレンズ with Dr. House, right?” Ok, so I chickened out at the last second. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid! I knew I had to finish what I had started, though. I had to know.

“Well… um… あなた see… What about Dr. Cuddy? Are あなた her friend too?” I asked. He was now eyeing me suspiciously. I didn’t blame him. I would’ve done the same thing.
“We’re good フレンズ too. Where is this leading?” Oh crap. I might as well just ask him once and for all… although I was going to try not to be pushy about it.
“Well, あなた see… it’s just… Dr. House has come in to see me; Dr. Cuddy has too. Once, Dr. House came in and he was being what I assume to be Dr. House-ish. But then, Dr. Cuddy came in and they were talking- actually it was もっと見る like arguing- but anyways, I noticed something… the way they spoke to each other and the way their eyes looked when they stared into each other’s eyes- well, I was just wondering if they were together または if they’re not I wanted to know if あなた think there’s something there または あなた can just tell me to shut up, I know this 質問 was out of the blue.”

“Dr. House has been my friend for many years. He works with me and I’ve known both him and Dr. Cuddy for a long time. His answer surprised me completely. I thought he would disregard my 質問 as unprofessional and inappropriate. I’m glad he didn’t but I wanted to know more, especially now that I knew that he shared my thoughts on the two brilliant doctors.
“I won’t tell anyone. I’m just naturally curious. I know it’s probably wrong but I guess it saddens me to see the way they look and talk to each other while feelings boil under their skin, begging to come out, but they don’t.”
And it was true. I did feel sad about that, and I think Dr. Wilson heard the honesty in my words because he relaxed and smiled at me.
“It saddens me too. I took Cuddy on a 日付 once, although it wasn’t a date-date, it was just two フレンズ going out, but anyways, I took her to a play. House had 与えられた me two tickets saying he didn’t want them. I decided to take Cuddy with me. The woman worked hard and she needed a break. When House found out, he went crazy. After our date, she came to me the 次 日 and told me that House had asked her on a date, but that she had told him that she already had plans, which she did because I asked her to see an Art Exhibit with me on another non-date. When House found out that he was wrong about her lying to him and that I was taking her to an Art Exhibit on Thursday, he went crazy. He even went to my ex-wife and told her about it! I asked him why he had asked Cuddy out in the first place and he 発言しました it was a test, which I don’t think a monkey would’ve believed that. He obviously wanted that date. A few years before that, I asked him if he had a thing for her but he just changed the subject to something about a Great ウォール of China between 愛 and hate. What I’m trying to say is that they’re both very good friends, but they need to just get together already! So if あなた have any plans… count me in. It’s the least I can do for them as a friend.”

“Welcome to Team Hook-up-House-and-Cuddy. The mission… hook up House and Cuddy, that’s kind of obvious. The location- PPTH. The time… um, how about now? Our weapons- innocent 14 年 old patient and a certified Oncologist who has connections with both subjects.
