Soooooo sorry for the late update! School, homework, and being sick haven't really let me have the time to write the story. It's kind of a short chapter which i apologize for. Let me know what あなた think! :)

House walked out of the elevator at 10:58. He was actually looking フォワード, 前進, 楽しみにして to this lunch date. Who knew that could happen, House thought.
House saw the mysterious woman standing によって the main lobby 机, デスク and made his way over to her.
"Hey. あなた owe me your name now," House said.
"No. I 発言しました exactly 11," she 発言しました as she looked down at her watch, "it's only 10:59."
House gave her an incredulous look.
"I'm just jerking your chain," she 発言しました with a chuckle as they began to walk towards the cafeteria.
"Oh but I like my chain jerked," House 発言しました as he wiggled his eyebrows at her.
Instead of being offended the woman just laughed. "My name is Annette. And now that I'm going to lunch with you, あなた gotta tell me your name."
"Greg. But everyone calls me House."
"Hmm Greg. I like that name," she 発言しました as she looked House in the eyes.
They made their way into line. Once they bought their lunches they went and sat at a corner booth.
"So what do あなた do," House asked.
"I am an accountant," answered Annette.
"Cool. So why would あなた be at a hospital," House asked curiously.
"I was just visiting my cousin."
"Oh. Who's your cousin," House asked.
"Lisa Cuddy," the woman answered as if it was the most obvious thing.
House almost choked on the サンドイッチ he was eating, but he quickly recovered. So that explained why he had taken such a liking to this woman.
"Oh really. I guess I see the resemblance now that I really look at you," House 発言しました as he eyed her up and down.

Meanwhile Lisa Cuddy, who had seen the whole exchange, looked on curiously. She almost felt betrayed that House was looking at her cousin the way he was. It was the way he looked at her. I'm taken now. I shouldn't be worrying about it, thought Cuddy. She turned on her heel and went back to the solitude of her office.

House and Annette were walking out of the cafeteria after finishing their lunches.
"Same time 次 week," House asked.
"I'd 愛 to," Annette 発言しました with a smile.
"Alright. Well I gotta get to work before the she-devil yells at me," House said.
"She-devil?"
"Yeah. Your cousin is secretly evil," House 発言しました with a chuckle.
"Oh of course. Well I gotta go to work and so do you. See あなた 次 week," Annette said.
House just nodded and walked to the elevator with a smile on his face and an extra spring in his step.

I was 読書 up on opiate withdrawal and apparently あなた can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the 次 morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the 宇宙 of a horrible 24 時 detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every 時 または so like before.
Short and simple :)
