Huddy Article: DON'T あなた GET IT?

Oh God, First of all I am a DIE-HARD HUDDY fan. So don't accuse me of being a 苦い hameron. または whatever. I just hate it that some Huddies( well actually alot) complain how much they hate the Luddy storyline. I'm actually glad that it happened. Coz it kind of becomes House's Epiphany for his 愛 for Cuddy. He realizes that Cuddy won't wait for him forever and that he needs to do something so that they will FINALLY be together. I know he is making a 移動する towards Cuddy ( see the 80's dance ) but its still small steps.

This dreaded Luddy storyline will give House an excuse to agressively pursue Cuddy even more. He will realize that he could no longer be the misanthropic jerk of a bastard thus making him change his ways. He knows Cuddy will accept him just the way he is but now that Rachel is in the picture that no longer will be the case. Cuddy needs stability in her life and right now ( and as hard for me to say this ) House can't give her that. and we all know that a family is probably what Cuddy wants most in life.

Without this storyline, they'll probably just run around each other the 次 seasons. They'll just deflect and nothing will happen. This storyline is FINALLY giving them the push they need. and also because it gives TPTB the reason to change House.They just can't just change him because they want a happy huddy ending because that will never eveeeer happen on [H]OUSE. They like to keep things complicated and interesting and this is one way of doing it.

Damn. I'm tired and sleepy. JUST STAY STRONG HUDDIES. it took 20 years and Lucas for House to admit that he loves Cuddy. Maybe in another 20 years, We'll get our Huddy Happy Ending. Till then!

Beatrix8520 Don't get me wrong thewaa13 I am 200% with you on the Luddy arc, I just feel I run out of hope...I mean last season they gave us the sweetest and the bitter moment ever in Under My Skin...I agree that was right, I mean it would have been unrealistic and highly improbable for them to easily fall one into the others arms so all of a sudden. House was not ready and still with big issues to solve....last season was great ok? Season 6 beginning was great as well. I just...well....fear they are gonna jerk us around once again....this time not because they are realistically supposed to but because that's their best chance to have high numbers of audience. I know I should trust them, right now I just can't....what if the whole season revolves around the Luddy-Huddy Triiangle and the season finale just leaves us mouths open hanging till next september? Anyway thanks, your hope made me smile. I just need time to process ;)

playingcold I watched Teamwork today. I really don't like Lucas. But he likes Cuddy and she likes him too. She is happy AT THE MOMENT and that's great. She deserves happiness. And I think she was right when she said Wilson that she won't throw everything (especially her relationship with Lucas) away just because of House and Wilson. BUT! I think that her happiness with Lucas is temporary (well, yeah we know that he will leave sometime in this season) and she will realize that she loves House.

HuddyBrave I agree with everyone but i dont like seeing them together.I love that she is happy and I know it leads to Huddy so i am really ok with it but it upsets me to see her with him. If that makes since. The scenes with them are hard to watch. In my opoion. Very nice article :)

Belle0308 I guess I see what you are saying. I really haven't been as ticked about Lucas as some. I keep wondering what all the fuss is. As I think I have probably said way too many times, I guess since I feel that Huddy is here to stay, it doesn't bother me. I don't really see why all the hate on the writers either. If I am being totally honest, before the season started and I even knew that Lucas was coming back on, I posted somewhere that I thought he should be brought back on as a love interest for Cuddy since House needed the jump start. Since that is exactly what did happen, I can't get too mad. I think it is an interesting move and it is only bound to end up well. Last year when we thought that House was all into Cuddy, he was actually slowly losing it. It would not have been good had they gotten together and he was loony....at least I don't think it would have been responsible.

Beatrix8520 Belle you're wise...I can see reason in what you're saying, I really do, I just can't...how can I explain it? It's like I keep on seeing Luddy from House's perpsective, does it make sense to you? it's like I can't separate my view form his own right now...he had always been the very reason why I watch the show. His character is so compelling I really love the negative hero he represents. I guess that's why I feel like I am twisting in pain...at least metaphoricaly speaking ( I'm not that made yet :P ) Rationally I feel as you feel and I do share your opinions, irrationally I feel I can't keep my hopes up 'cause everything could go terribly wrong....I don't know how you would call it...superstition? Let's just say I don't wanna jinx it :P Anyway that's probabily just my young age talking....you on the other hand....well...probabily life got you some real perspective ;) It's like I still see things from an emotional angle whereas you look at the big picture....I like that and I really hope you're right...I will believe in your judgment as right now I have no faith in writers' loving kindness :P

thewaa13 I agree with you playingcold. I think she deserves happiness even though its temporary. Bringing Lucas in, sort of speed thing up a bit. We all know what House wants he gets. Cuddy couldn't stay away from him for 20 years. I doubt that she will be able to that now. I just hope I'm still alive when they finally get together. LOL :)

LipschitzWrath "I heard Stacy is coming back. So all is fair, I guess." I thought I heard this too, but I seem to remember hearing that this isn't happening. Tho I can't tell you how much I wish she would. If she got with House, that would drive Cuddy so insanely crazy. Give her a little taste of her own medicine. I could just see it now: Cuddy sees House and Stacy happy and it drives her nuts. So she confronts House and tells him she wants him all to herself. And House replies, "For the first time in over 5 yrs, I'm happy again and I'm not gonna let you affect that." Talk about poetic justice. Don't get me wrong, I ship Huddy to the core. But we all know these two never want each other at the same time and so the writers are gonna take advantage of that.

thewaa13 I agree. I think the only way they would get together is when the show ends.
