They moved over to her office couch. House threw himself down then slouched forward, staring at his feet. Cuddy sat down beside him and rubbed his upper back with the palm of her hand. House flinched and gazed at her. He scrunched his eyes up and rubbed his temples. Cuddy was oblivious to what was really going on at this moment.
Vivid 画像 flash before his eyes; his detox. Cuddy was there, doing exactly what she was at that minute, comforting him.
He hated affection, but at this moment he felt he needed it. He then open his eyes, sighed, and reclined on the couch. Cuddy placed her hand on his chest and then placed her hand back on his neck.
“House are あなた going to tell me what あなた saw?”
He didn’t feel like speaking, but at this moment what else had he got to lose?
“I just told あなた didn’t I?”
“House…”
He closed his eyes again.
“I was detoxing, あなた were there helping me. What else do あなた need to know?”
“and the hallucinations?”
“horrible”
He thought to himself. They weren’t horrible. He quite enjoyed her comfort, even if she wasn’t really there but when it occurred to him they were in fact hallucinations they were just vivid 画像 of what he really wanted. Vivid Images.
