Is there a Huddy video with the song "River flows in You" によって Yiruma?

There's one on YouTube called "Huddy - River flows in あなた Yiruma.avi" but that's not it. The one I'm thinking of is an older video and it's black and white. I think there's a story line about how House has to choose between Cuddy and Cuddy's baby? Please help!
