i really have no clue where you could get one tbh..but maybe you could try to email the shows..press department or something via the cbs website? sometimes they will ask the prop department for you..at least youd know whether its available somewhere or if they had it custom made.
it might be custom made cause it doesnt seem to be an actual company :S
