Im pretty sure that it is from Season 2 Episode 21 'Euphoria Prt 2'. Its when Foreman is sick and House is angry at Cuddy because she won't let him do a brain biopsy on the patient that gave Foreman the disease. And she feels guilty because Foreman is getting even worse, thats why shes crying.

I know it's from season 2, but I am not sure which episode.
