Episode name?

I recently was watching a Huddy video, and there was a scene in it that i cant place to an episode. It's in Cuddy's office and House and she are sitting at a 表, テーブル watching television. Her leg is propped up on the 表, テーブル and at some point he puts his face to his hands. I know it's not from the last episode 'hello kitty', but I cant find where else it's from.
