Everyone is entitled to their opinion. No one should be told they cannot say what they think.
However, there is a difference between stating your opinion and being rude. Someone commenting “*Insert pairing here* Rocks! *insert rival pairing here* sucks!” is being rude. It is not being polite when あなた insult someone else to enforce your point. There are other ways to make a point.
Support your pairings. There’s nothing wrong with that, but あなた do not have to bash other pairings in the process. If あなた really like a pairing...
