historically.....no. currently the foreign minister of japan is trying to relieve the tension between jpn - kor and jpn - chn cuz its...not rlly good for neighboring countries to be so unfriendly to each other. and......china's becoming a concern to all near by asian countries as its appetite for territory grows... .__. and.....idk. some non-asians think they're good bros cuz they dont care abt the reality and true history. it counts, u kno. lets be real here. in real life, the countries dont have a good relationship.

Watching Hetalia, they look like friends rather than brothers...( historically, I should answer No to this question, though.)
