I 愛 it because to me it gives the message, that even though we fight at times and come from different places. We are all still the same and still 登録する together to フォーラ the World. That あなた should make Pasta, not War. Also I 愛 the bonds between the character. France & England, America & England, Germany & Italy, Greece & Japan, America & Japan. I mean, they all have such strong, brotherly, and loving relationships with each other. This shows means a lot to me, I 愛 it with all my heart.
My お気に入り thing about ヘタリア is..hmm,it's a hard アニメ not to fall in 愛 with (well that's in my opinion anyway) it's a funny anime,with a lot of great characters (I find it hard not to like any of the characters!) and there's just so many pluses about this アニメ in my eyes.
This is going to be the most boring answer but the history. I have always loved history and ヘタリア makes it even もっと見る interesting. It makes history funny and the level of satire is perfect, not to little または not too much. 秒 best thing would be Canada.

It's quite educational. When I get hired to become a professor in History または Political Geography I'll make my students watch Hetalia, hahaha. (Don't care about the yaoi.)
It also got catchy character designs.
And, of course, it's quite funny. It's mocking the cultural stereotypes.
My お気に入り thing about Hetalia? Well, it would be that its funny and it teaches あなた about history in a funny way. And it has great imagination to think that the countries would actually be personified as humans to make it fun and interesting.
Plus it has HOT, HANDSOME, SEXY MEN IN IT!!!!! O.O
