I Can't get celias ハート, 心 on purple

I've tried my hardest to get celias ハート, 心 on purple i try every 日 (apart from mondays(and in harvest moon days)) and it doesn't work i always go up the goddess path at 3:40 but nothing happens do i have to do it in a certain season??
