He was raised by a bastard of a father, and Draco just lived by his expectations. It wasn't until he became Voldemort's "Chosen One" that he really knew what he was getting into, and he just couldn't kill Dumbledore. Who could? His attempts were so pathetic because he didn't want to kill Dumbledore, but if he didn't he would get killed by Voldemort. I felt so sorry for him! And after that he became somewhat a better person :)
i especially felt sorry for him when he was crying. and i felt even more sorry for him when Harry cursed him with that spell (forgot the name) that left him gushing blood. :( im actually not on Malfoy's side or the Dark Lord's side, im with the good guys. but still, i felt sorry for Draco.
I rlyy felt sorry for him at the end of HBP!
He just wanted to show that he's good at something.. but he didn't want to kill Dumbledore..he's one of my fave characters <3
I feel sorry for him because he grew up with death eaters and pure blood menia in his mind so he should turn bad but i don't forget what he was he was nothimg without his father he was a cawerd but he saved harrys life so he became somewhat better at the end
It's hard not to feel pity for him. Sure, he was a giant douche, but he was just never taught the proper way to respond to situations and I don't think he was ever quite brave or strong enough to break away from the mold.
