may be comprised of well over 100 chapters, but there’s only one that is author J.K. Rowling’s favorite.

The author, who is hard at work penning the script for upcoming

, recently took to her Twitter account to reveal which of all her chapters in the seven books holds an extra special place in her heart.

When a fan tweeted Rowling asking, “If you had to choose one chapter from the entire

series as your favourite, what would you choose?” the author tweeted back point blank that it’s Chapter 34 from

For those of you who need a refresher, the chapter, entitled “Forest Again” is near the end of the last book in the series and features Harry coming to terms with the fact that he must welcome death with open arms and allow Lord Voldemort to kill him. But before the boy wizard meets his fate deep in the forbidden forest, he uses the resurrection stone in order to be reunited with the ghosts of his parents, along with Sirius and Remus one last time.

Rowling later tweeted that she cried while writing the chapter saying it was “the culmination of 17 years’ work and the most cathartic piece of writing of [her] life.”

We’re right with you there, J.K. Rowling— we have no shame in admitting we straight up sobbed when his father told Harry they would stay with him “until the very end”!
