link link _________________________________________ Since 95% of those who voted in link pick think we need an updated icon & banner for the spot, and no one else volunteered to run the contest... here we go. =P IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PARTICIPATING, YOU BETTER READ ALL OF THIS. Based on experiences with this type of thing in the past, I think the best way to do it is to pick a banner first (since they're harder to make and easier to match icons to) and then once we've picked one of those, we can vote for a matching icon. To keep it simple, and since those who really want to participate usually do so quickly, I'll run it on a weekly basis - that is, you get a week to submit stuff, a week to vote for each, etc. And for the 5% of you who don't want a change - the current icon & banner will be included in the picks. If anyone wants to suggest a new motto for the spot (keep it short-ish), I'll make a pick for those the same week as the icons. IMPORTANT STUFF ABOUT SUBMISSIONS -BANNERS need to be 800x100 px. That's 800 pixels wide by 100 pixels high. Any banners that are not that size will not be included in the pick. -ICONS need to be square. Preferably 200x200 pixels, but they can be larger (300x300, 400x400). Fanpop tends to distort 100x100 px icons when they're uploaded, but larger icons don't seem to be affected. -Since there are so many members of this spot, there will be a limit of THREE submissions per category per person. That means you can add UP TO THREE icons and THREE banners. Choose wisely - is this the icon or banner you want to see every time you come to the spot? -I will no longer coddle you. If your submission is the wrong size, it will not be included in the pick. End of story. IMPORTANT DATES -*Wednesday, December 22 - The voting will be over and we'll have a new spot look soon! Sorry. I resized it. It still looks small! It fits good though! I tested it in photoshop. It fits. BTW if fanpop made this club then how do we change the banner and icon?

You're the right size, but I should show you this:
The first picture (100x100) is what it will look like while you're on the spot. The smaller one (50x50) is what you'll see on your profile. It looks good in the 200x200 picture, but it's only that big so that Fanpop won't blur it when it's uploaded - when it's reduced to the smaller size, you can barely see any of the characters.
Everyone should make note of this, actually. Your icons won't look the same in every place - experiment with the sizes before adding to see what your icon will look like as the spot icon (100x100px) and on your profile (50x50). =)
