This new picture from deathly Hallows is confusing me a bit

I'm thinking that its when Lupin and George arrives at The Burrow and then Lupin forcibly takes Harry outside to ask the security 質問 that which creature lived in the tank in his office at Hogwarts when Harry Potter first visited him there.I think its Ginny instead of Hagrid in the movie.Its a guess.
