why Harry haven't seen testrals after Cedric's death?

have あなた noticed, that Harry didn't see testrals in the end of The Goblet of Fire, when they went to catch the train (he alredy saw his parents death and Cedric's too), and suddenly he notised them in fifth book? ))

he didn't saw his parents death, he was sleeping, JK has 発言しました so herself, and he can see the testrals because he saw cedric die, he didn't saw them at the end cuz there were no testrals around, they only use them in the carriages that take the students to the 城 at the beginning of the year

yes. I mean the scene, when Harry, Hermione and Ron are going inthe carriages to Hogsmid to the train and there are no testrals in the carriages )))
