They are actors. It's their job to act in the movies of our topic and interest, but they are not the characters and they are not the story. THEY ARE ALSO NOT evidence or arguements in whiether Twilight is better then Harry Potter , or Harry Potter is Better then Twilight.
The actors have no relation to the Versus of these two books.

Them in costume of their characters is related however because they are realistic portriats of the invovled characters and story.

What are you talking about? I've uploaded 100's of icons to this spot. Which are Harry Potter and Twilight Related if I might add. They serve no purpose, but to look at. I am in my absolute right to upload them, that's what you do on fanpop, you upload pictures on the spots that you like. They dont contribute to arguements or debates, but that's just how fanpop is.

This spot is not "Harry Potter Cast vs Twilight Cast." Billy Burke, Maggie Smith, Alan Rickman (and everyone else) are actors playing characters. If you want to upload pictures of them, go to their spots and do this. This spot is about comparing/debating/whatever the Harry Potter series and the Twilight series. Nikki Reed's wearing high heels and Mark Williams at a train station have nothing to do with debating about Harry Potter and Twilight.

Sorry about the rant. A few of my favorite spots had this problem as well recently and I'm still kinda pissy about it.

Unless it has a caption or point to prove about the talent, interest or passion of the actors.

And dear god, hell yes I'm tired of the Kristen Stewart pictures, we're losing the other ones who actually HAVE a point.

I believe that it is fine to post pics of the actors/actresses. I think it is relevant because it shows our love and support for the people who helped create our favorite series.
However, there is a limit. We all shoud try our best to avoid repetitive or intrusive pics. I don't care about seeing KS grocery shopping. Nor do I care about the 10000000s of identical photos of Daniel Radcliffe smiling. However, I do think that photoshoots or unique and interesting candids (providing they are not intrusive or offensive) should be allowed.

The majority of the actors in both series have their own spots. Putting stuff in the spot where it fits best makes it easier for people to find relevant content & cuts down on clutter.
