Does anyone else ...?

Have a strong urge to speak in a British accent after watching a Harry Potter film, または have a longing to adopt one?

I'm an American, and also a Californian. My accent is probably annoying to some people because I talk like this like everday, but it's cause like I can't like help it! I'm not even kidding.
British accents seem so sweet and sophisicated, and I've fallen in 愛 with Dan's. I also adore the terms :P

... so yeah. Maybe I can force the voice in my head to speak with one ..

I used to speak in a British accent before I even heard about Harry Potter. I 愛 their accents so much. In fact, I 愛 almost everything British. I even use their slang for American words (i.e. I say chips instead of french fries for example). Some people can pull off an accent brilliantly, some can not. I think I do an okay one though, if I do say so meself x]

Sometimes I'm like that. Like you, I'm also a Californian. Whenever I read Harry Potter, and no one's home, I read it aloud with an accent... C=

Ugh, no. For me, it's the opposite.

There are some British accents I like. Just none in Harry Potter, except for Snapes. I'm sure it's a regional thing, like not all American accents are the same. I probably just dislike Northern british accents, または something. Whatever variation of the British accent is present in Harry Potter films is the one I dislike.

Anyways, no, I don't do that. I have a strong urge not to speak in an accent, but sometimes I can't help it. It's so contagious.

Funny あなた say this, because 10 分 前 I was 読書 the blurb of Harry Potter 4 over the phone to my friend, and I automatically put on a british accent, it was hilarious.
To be fair though, I had been watching Jamie Oliver a 分 before that :)
I 愛 all the British accents in the movies. They are so awesome! Especially when Ron says 'Bloody 'ell', it's sweet.

Me²! :D Bit i still have much to learn! Most of the time, I speak French and Dutch so it's kind of difficult. American looks easier to me but I don't like it much. I prefer Brittish..... DON'T HIT ME!! xD ♥

yes, I want to. I 愛 British accent. But that's kind of hard, because we, in my country, don't speak English. We speak our own language ...
so it's hard to speak in a British accent when I'm not even speak English in my daily life. I just speak English when I'm on the internet like ファンポップ または when I'm talk with my cousin . :/

Nah, but speaking Japanese on the other hand...And if I was もっと見る fluent in Korean. Wow I''m way off subject. But not really. Having an English accent isn't that cool in my opinion. It's just fun to speak that way when me and my フレンズ are high on those sugar sticks または whatever あなた call them. LOL

Yes, all the time. I have an obsession for British accents; it's so weird, and I have no explanation. If any character on a 表示する または movie has one, even a cartoon (like Private from the Penguins of Madagascar), I just die over it! And sometimes, especially after Harry Potter, I keep talking in a British accent (this girl confused her poor mom after seeing DH part one when we left). XD
