I suppose it depends. The average Twihard is also Anti-Potter, therefore they would not have wizard magic, so they would be Muggles. However, some Twihards aren't Anti-Potter. Some even like Harry Potter. Some are even huge fans! There is the chance that they would have magic and would not be Muggles.

I'm confused about the fact that you're confused. Why wouldn't they be considered a muggle?
EDIT: Anyone who doesn't possess magic (and who's parents aren't magical) is a muggle. Unless the Twilight ファン has magic, they'd be considered a muggle.

Because some twihearts 愛 Harry Potter, tht's what gets me confused
but i do, and i kindda 愛 twilight, but the thing is that i became a wizzard when i was 4, and then at 12 i started to like Twilight, does that make me a muggle :'(, i'm about to cry
not really, i have my own history okay, i'm actualy a Weasly, Black, strange i know but it's true, and if it's that case it would be the sme to anyone who feels that way and i don't, your not verry much helping though but thanks for trying :), i'll consider that for a while, but i am a wizard
lol, okay, i belive i'm a wizard to, my family were to but they desided to live in the muggle world, i don't know why i guess because they didn't want people to hate them juat for being part of the Black family, but me and my cousins go to Hogwarts, they wanted us to go to the stupid schoolhere in america but we belong at Hogwarts, in Griffindor

And I believe it all depends on the person, is there a history of magic the ability to see the futchar ghosts ect in their family? things of that sort just depends.
