I don't even get this question... sounds more like a test. Harley's hair has always appeared blonde (except in the comic). I pictured her with black hair but whatever. But anyway she dyed it so it's most likley brown

i think she still has blonde hair cause it says it in the batman arkham city game so i think she is still a blonde but she dose dye her hair black in the arkham city game ( harley quinn revenge) with red at her right side of her hair so yay it could be blonde but she dose die her hair alot but i still think her real hair is blonde but who know's ? lolz

okay to those that say her hair would be blond, ur wrong. In the Batman: The Animated Series, Harley quinn says "Jokes on you, I'm not even a real blond.", get ur facts strait. Also I think its black because in Harley Quinn's revenge (the game) her hair is black. Maybe the dye ran out XD
