I need your help ハムスター owners everywhere!!!!

I'm getting a ハムスター soon and I've had them before but I still consider myself a beginner.
So my 質問 is what ハムスター is good for beginners?I like the Winter White ハムスター and the Syrian ハムスター (teddy くま, クマ hamster).
And if あなた could please post a link to some info on them and what kind of cage they need(plastic,metal).
