I've thought for a while the banner/icon needs to be updated. Let's take a look at who's on the banner:

Bailey - still on
Cristina - off the show
George - DEAD
Mark - DEAD
Izzie - off the show, practically forgotten about.
Lexie - DEAD
Arizona - still on
Alex - still on
Meredith - still on
Derek - DEAD
Callie - off the show, slight chance of returning at some point
Webber - still on
Owen - still on

I think when, 1.) There are more characters on the banner that are dead/gone instead of still on the show & 2.) There are newer characters that have been around for a few seasons now - it's time for a change!

I'm going to make a forum where people can submit banners & icons! Let's inject some freshness to the spot :)
