“SERIOUSLY?” Meredith screamed! Twins? She was having twins. A boy and a girl. Two little babies. She was panicked. Having one baby would be handful but two, how could she raise two kids on her own?

Meredith was fast asleep in her ベッド in Seattle. Her mother’s house was exactly the same. It was Izzie’s and Alex’s wedding anniversary so she had come down from New York to visit. Plus uncle Alex, uncle George, aunt Izzie and aunt Cristina needed to see their godchildren.
Meredith heard little footsteps outside her door. After a while JD walked in the room and went and sat 次 to her in bed. His full name was Jaden Derek Shepherd he was exactly like his father on both looks and personality. He had dark brown curls fairly long and sparkling blue eyes. He loved the outdoors and was already considering becoming a brain surgeon like his mummy. Cassidy Emma Shepherd was identical to her brother as far as looks are concerned. Long dark brown curls and the same dreamy eyes as her big brother (by few minutes) and her father. She was a total princess she loved ピンク and ドール and she was dreaming of becoming a famous actor once she grew up. Even though she could change 10 different professions in a week.

Izzie walked in the kitchen, even though she and Alex had been married for two years now they hadn’t moved out, they were still in that house, after all Meredith had moved out letting them the house for themselves, why bother to rent another one. >”Wow, ok. How about we go shopping and then we could have a picnic in the park?” suggested Izzie trying to please both of them.

They both run upstairs to get ready. Jaden wore black all 星, つ星 shoes, dark blue jeans, a grey sweater and underneath a white shirt. He really was a little replica of Derek even when it came to clothes. Cass wore a skinny grey jeans, ピンク ballerinas and a matching ピンク sweater. Izzie made her hair in a pretty ponytail.

There was no else home, everyone was at work, were would she leave the kids? She decided to get them with her in the hospital. Izzie called Mer for permission after all if she took the kids to the hospital there was a good chance that they meet Derek. After a long conversation on her way to the hospital, Meredith agreed to let Izzie take them but under the condition that she would immediately drop them to daycare so to eliminate the chances of running onto Derek.
Jaden was really excited that he would get to go to the hospital, after all he had already decided to take the path to neurosurgery once he grow up and Cass was indifferent, sure a little sad that she wouldn’t go shopping but they were both used to canceling their plans due to some unexpected call from the hospital.
When they walked in, Izzie had one kid at each hand, Jaden watched his gramps Richard and run to hug him, surprising Izzie when he let go of her hand. She tried to stop him but she couldn’t reach him. JD was running towards Richard, who was like a grandfather to them, since they didn’t know Thatcher または Derek’s parents. But it was too late for Izzie to do anything, when she turned around the corner she saw Jaden on the floor and Derek lifting him up.
