As far as we know FOR FACT in the 表示する is that Harold, Eleanor, Serena, Lily and Chuck know about Blair's eating disorder. We know that Harold, Eleanor, Serena and Lily know from 1x09, and Chuck from 2x13. Blair's eating disorder started before her father left her mother, as we saw in the flashbacks in 1x09. However, we do not know exactly WHEN it started, または what triggered it to start. We only know for certain that Blair relapsed in 1x01, 1x09 and 1x13. 1x09 we were obviously shown her eating disorder, and we saw a relapse in 1x01 in the flashbacks during that episode. We also know that she had a relapse in 1x13 because Eleanor コメント that she heard her being sick in her bathroom with the water running (a common "trick" used によって people who suffer from bulimia to try to mask the sound). At first we presumed it was because she was pregnant because of how the storyline of that episode was portrayed at that point, however we learn further into the episode that she is not pregnant; therefore, it was a relapse. Some people, including myself, feel that it was suggested that she had a relapse in 2x14. We saw her break down in front of her mirror, and make contact with Serena for her to come and help. Then, upon Serena's arrival, Blair appears unnaturally composed. As it's alluded that her eating disorder is part of a control issue and a personal need for perfection, the fact that she seemed to very quickly go from broken to composed, and that she seemed disgusted によって her image in the mirror during her breakdown could suggest that she had a relapse. A lot of storylines around the time of that episode were changed and postponed (for example the New Year's Eve secret with Jack, that was triggered at the end of that episode, supposed to be continued in the 次 but ended up postponed until the finale), which could mean that there was going to be a storyline linked to her eating disorder, but was dropped/postponed like the NYE storyline. I definitely think that it could come up again in the Third Season, especially as Blair will be going through a big change as she does the transition from High School to College which can be stressful for a lot of students; especially if, like Blair, they are desperate to be succesful. Plus, she will be doing a transition from a very protective private school environment to the very independent and very different state college environment and college dorms. So, storylines related to the changes she will face could very easily include an exploration into how that would affect her past eating disorder, regression into past habits being very common when people who have had a psycholgical disorder like bulimia when they feel threatened によって progression. I agree that it's interesting, it adds a complex layer to her character and explains a lot of the もっと見る inappropriate choices she makes to make her character seem もっと見る real and relatable to the viewer, so I too would like to see it opened up again.
