Lmao! I don't think that is what Cat/spikes_girl was saying. Obviously she knows he is in a wheelchair now.
The way you worded the question makes it sound like Artie WILL be able to walk again. But I seriously doubt that they are going to pull a miracle on him in only the 1st season.

I don't think so. For one thing, if he hasn't been able to since he was eight, it's highly unlikely. For another, I don't think the powers that be would want to change Artie so majorly from what is his essence/niche as a character.
