Girls’ Generation alum Jessica Jung attempted to return to her former group but her フレンズ reportedly turned her down.
A 年 after Jung’s departure from the 人気 K Pop group, several speculations emerged on the possible reason behind her sudden exit and her alleged attempt to return to the group.
Twitter user @RealSamchon revealed that Jung initially planned to go on hiatus after Girls’ Generation’s Tokyo Dome tour last year, but she had a change of ハート, 心 and asked to stay in the group.
However, the members did not want to let her back. In fact, they had already prepared for her farewell concert.
According to Koreaboo, RealSamchon is known to have a great deal of insider information about the 人気 K Pop group and is also prominent figure in the international SONE community.
Koreaboo reported that Jessica planned to go on a hiatus, but not to leave the group all together.
In September 2014, Jung 投稿されました on her Weibo account that she was “devastated” and surprised to found out that she was no longer part of the South Korean girl band.
Kooreanboo translated her post as: “I was excited about our upcoming ファン events only to shockingly be informed によって my company and 8 others that as of today, I’m no longer a member. I’m devastated – my priority and 愛 is to serve as a member of GG, but for no justifiable reason, I am being forced out.”
However, there has been speculation that Jung’s Weibo account has been hacked and it was possible that she was not the one who 投稿されました the message.
Yibada reported that the singer wanted to return to the group, but the members thought that she was not fully committed and had to let her go.
Reports also indicated that Jung’s decision to leave the group ruined their single “Catch Me If あなた Can” and the members had to record the song again after their dome tour.
Koreaboo noted that “Catch Me If あなた Can” was supposed to be Jung’s farewell song but the K-pop group eventually picked “Divine” as もっと見る suitable.
Girl’s Generation recently renewed their contract with SM Entertainment, who continues to promote the group as an eight-member band, while Jessica remains under the company as a solo artist.

Get yourselves pumped for Girls' Generation's 4th solo concert!
'GIRLS' GENERATION 4th TOUR – Phantasia – in SEOUL' will take place on November 21 and 22 at Seoul's Olympic Gymnastics Stadium.
Their 4th コンサート is well overdue, as their last one was nearly two and a half years 前 in 2013. Famous choreographer Rino Nakasone, who is known to have worked with Britney Spears and Chris Brown, will be in charge of the concert's choreography.
Their latest album 'Lion Heart' was a total hit, and we're sure ファン are もっと見る than excited to see performances of all the songs in this album and もっと見る at the Phantasia concert.
Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun are dropping a new track on the first week of December, according to Nov. 2 reports, writes AllKpop.
Girls Generation has been very active in 音楽 this year. The 上, ページのトップへ girl group released "Catch Me If あなた Can" in 日本 early this year, before releasing "Party," "Lion Heart" and "You Think" in Korea. Taeyeon also debuted solo with "I" last 月 and is still actively promoting.
So far, all songs charted high, sold well and won awards. That means we have high expectations for TaTiSeo.
The December comeback will be the unit's third album, following "Twinkle" and "Holler."
The singer and actress updated her ファン from Taiwan on Sunday, November 1st with a selfie with a crowd gathered outside the window as her backdrop. Yoona witnessed and felt the overwhelming support of Taiwanese ファン as they gathered on the streets and sidewalks trying to catch a glimpse of the idol.
"See あなた again~," Yoona 発言しました in her Instagram caption. "Thank you."
Despite their individual activities and projects going on, Girls' Generation will be holding their コンサート in Seoul on November 21 and 22.
